Print of a painting by artist and River's Wish Co-Founder Kit Jagoda of Bergh, who came to River's Wish with his companion Henry in 2014 when their person died. They were rescued as veal calves by Sue Eakins of New Dawn Montana Sanctuary.

Kit Jagoda co-founded River's Wish with Pete. Involved in animal rescue since 1994, she is committed to making the world a better place for animals through rescue, advocacy and education. She has been a public school Art teacher since 1987. Animals and Art are interconnected for her. Her emotions, ideas, and hopes for animals, especially those who suffer in this world, are expressed through visual means. She hopes her art will help animals by opening hearts, minds and impacting change. Her greatest education has come from the animals she has cared for and met throughout the years.
