Jera contacted us in the spring of 2009 with an interest in visiting the sanctuary. Jera and her mom, Stephanie and little sister, Ari, have since become volunteers. They make the trek from Pullman, Washington to work with the animals. Their love for animals is evident in their commitment to help in any way they can. Jera has had fundraisers for the sanctuary with a youth group that she founded at her school, called P.A.W. She even raised nearly $100.00 on Halloween when she collected donations rather then candy. Thank you Jera, Stephanie and Ari for making all the difference.

Stacy began volunteering on a weekly basis at the sanctuary in the spring of 2009.  Stacy donates one evening each week to rabbits.  Her time is often spent organizing paperwork and records.  Stacy has also adopted a bunny from us whom she named Sadie.  Sadie lives a life of rabbit joy with Stacy, Jeff and their other bunny, Bentley. Thanks Stacy for all you do!
