When making or revising a will, we always recommend you obtain the assistance of an attorney. River’s Wish Animal Sanctuary would be happy to work with you and your professional advisors to design an estate plan that specifically carries out your wishes.
Donors are encouraged to make their gifts to the River’s Wish Animal Sancturay (Tax ID: 20-1226268). The following are suggested forms for making various types of bequests:

Insert the conditional language in one or more of the above provisions. For example:
"If (one or more individuals) does not survive me, I bequeath the sum of $ to River’s Wish Animal Sanctuary, Spokane, WA, 99224, for its general purposes (or for a designated purpose).”

"I devise and bequeath percent (%) of my estate to River’s Wish Animal Sanctuary, Spokane, WA, 99224, for its general purposes (or for a designated purpose)." - Share of, or entire residue, of estate:
