    Experience

    Tell us a little about what experience you have in working with rescue animals, as well as any skills or trainings that may be relevant. 

    Availability

    Most of our current volunteers have full time jobs in addition to volunteering. Due to this, volunteer hours are limited to after 4pm during the week and 9am on Saturdays. The sanctuary is closed on Sundays. 

    Interests

    Please note: We will NOT accept volunteers that need community service for any type of animal neglect or abuse. No exceptions.
    Special Projects are typically planned for Saturdays and require a group of volunteers to help complete it.

    Orientations

    All new volunteers are required to attend a 90 minute orientation before volunteering.  Orientations are on specific Saturdays, begin at 10am and meet at the front gate. You must register for these separately. Due to COVID-19, we are handling volunteer applications on a case-by-case basis and you will be contacted with more information. You will tour the sanctuary, meet the animals and fill out some paperwork. Closed toed shoes are required at all times. All attendees must be over 18.
